Saturdays: 5 week series Essential Mat / Sept 18th thru
October 16th/9:30 to 10:30 am ($60 per person)


Tuesday Morning: Drop-In Mat : On~going /8:15 - 9:15 am ($15 per class)


Pilates Principles/Beginner Mat Workshop (90 min) ~ Saturday, Sept 11th/ 8 - 9:30 am ($30 per person)
